Château La Gorce
Médoc, France
The beautiful 1821 chartreuse of Château la Gorce lies around 7 kilometers north of Saint-Estèphe. The thirty-seven hectares of vines stretch around the property and cellars, and are in impeccable condition. Henri Fabre uses 20% new oak each year, and produces wines that always displays juicy fruit and rich color. Created during the 1820s, this wine estate has been a Cru bourgeois since the first 1932 rating. Now belonging to the Martin family, Château La Gorce is a classic of the Médoc appellation.
