Belle Glos is a Pinot Noir specialist founded in 2001 by Joseph Wagner (of the Caymus Vineyards Wagner family), named in tribute to his grandmother Josephine "Belle" Wagner and grandfather Charlie "Glos" Wagner. The winery sources fruit from distinct California coastal vineyard sites -- including the Clark & Telephone Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley -- to produce single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, each bottling showcasing the specific character of its cool-climate origin through a bold, expressive house style.
