Cantina Girlan is a cooperative winery in Alto Adige, northern Italy, founded in 1923 in the village of Girlan (Cornaiano) in the Bolzano wine region. Drawing on grapes from over 200 grower-member families farming steep alpine vineyards, the winery is known for its Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco alongside indigenous Alto Adige varieties, crafted in a house style that emphasizes freshness, minerality and the cool-climate character of the Dolomites foothills.
