Bottled as Xylophone Zin, this Zinfandel is sourced from Lodi, California, whose Mediterranean climate and deep loam soils suit the variety. Grapes are fully destemmed and warm-fermented in stainless steel with daily pump-overs, then aged in French and American oak.
