Bollini was founded in 1979 by Neil and Maria Empson as their own Italian label, drawing on decades of experience importing Italian wine. This Pinot Grigio is sourced from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti area of Trentino, vinified at low temperature in stainless steel to preserve fresh varietal character.
