The Seeker is a wine brand built around discovering distinctive regional bottlings; this Riesling was sourced from steep, slate-soiled vineyard sites in Trittenheim and Piesport in Germany's Mosel Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in stainless steel and oak casks over 4-6 weeks, then aged 3-8 months. 11.69% ABV.
