Profile & Story
Adelante is made from the Don Eugenio Vineyard in La Consulta, in Mendoza's Uco Valley, purchased in 2007 from the family that planted it in 1946. The vineyard is farmed organically with low yields and hand berry selection, and the wine is vinified in small lots at Bodega Gimenez Riili.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple color with pure blue-fruit flavors accented by minerality, earth and spice. Ample acidity and structure give the wine length through a firm, lasting finish.

Grilled steak, empanadas, or aged hard cheeses.
