Profile & Story
Ca' Furlan was founded by Veneto winemaker Alessandro Furlan together with Charlie Trivinia. The Cuvee Mariana rose - named for a Trivinia family name - is a blend of 84% Glera and 16% Pinot Noir, the only red grape permitted in Prosecco Rose production.
Tasting Notes
Ballet-slipper pink with fine bubbles. Aromas of peach skin and blood orange lead to a round, creamy palate balanced by crisp acidity and a clean finish.

Brunch fare, light seafood, or as an apéritif on its own.
