Chateau Montaud is the flagship estate of Vignobles Francois Ravel, a family-owned company that has farmed the schist-and-sandstone terraces at the foot of the Maures Mountains since 1964. The estate's Provencal bottle shape has been in continuous use for over 40 years.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-pink color. Dry, crisp and refreshing on the palate, with ripe red-berry fruit and a clean, food-friendly finish typical of classic Cotes de Provence rose.
Pairing Recommendation
Nicoise salad, grilled fish, or fresh goat cheese.
