Josep 1952 is the certified-organic Cava project of the Ventosa-Maneu family in Penedes, Catalonia, named for the year the family planted its first vineyard on the estate. The wine is made in the traditional method (metode tradicional) from organically farmed grapes.
Tasting Notes
Pale gold with a fine, steady mousse. Crisp citrus and green-apple fruit with a toasty, yeasty undertone and a clean, dry finish.
