Bodegas Bhilar is a 9.5-hectare biodynamic estate run by David Sampedro and Melanie Hickman in San Martin de Unx, in the Baja Montana subzone of Navarra. This Garnacha comes from old vines grown in lime-rich soils at roughly 700 meters of elevation.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby color with red-fruit aromas of cherry and raspberry. Juicy and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and soft, approachable tannins.

Roasted lamb, grilled vegetables, or charcuterie.
