Profile & Story
Vallis Mareni is the estate of the Gregoletto family, who have grown and vinified grapes in the Treviso hills since the 1600s. Ombra takes its name from the old Venetian custom of drinking 'un'ombra' - a shadow of wine - in the shade of the San Marco bell tower.
Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of green apple and white flowers lead to a crisp, dry, easy-drinking palate typical of Charmat-method Prosecco.

Light appetizers, fried seafood, or as a solo aperitivo.
