Grillos cantores vineyard was planted in 1993, in Requinoa over sandy silty gravels. Regenerative managment since 2011. about 500 mts altitud close to the Andes Mountain range.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and light expression of a cabernet sauvignon. complex nose. Nice lenght with mineral tiza grip. 2 years aging between 5000 lts fudre and concrete tanks.

Versatile. fresh salad and roasted meat.
