Piccolo Goccio ('little sip') is a curated collection of everyday Italian wines brought to the US by Oliver McCrum Wines & Spirits, specializing in small-production, transparent Italian wines since 1994. This Pinot Grigio is sourced from an Alto Adige winery in the hills along the Adige River, fermenting and resting entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness with no oak influence.
Tasting Notes
Distinct pale yellow color, with aromas and flavors of ripe pear and apple, hints of baking spices, and bright citrus and green apple notes; light-bodied, clean, and refreshing with crisp acidity.
