Founded in 2001 by Morten and Lisa Hallgren, Ravines Wine Cellars is a family-owned Finger Lakes estate farming over 130 acres sustainably on steep, limestone- and shalestone-rich slopes. The 2022 Dry Riesling is 100% estate-grown Riesling blended from White Springs Vineyard and 16 Falls Vineyard, whole-cluster pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel before aging on lees until bottling.
Tasting Notes
Grown in limestone and shalestone soils on the Finger Lakes' steep slopes, this is an elegant, dry-style Riesling with delicate aromatics, distinct minerality and bright acidity.
