Profile & Story
Sandhi was founded by Sashi Moorman and Rajat Parr, inspired by Burgundian tradition, best known for small-production Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Sta. Rita Hills AVA made with minimal intervention and native-yeast fermentation. The Central Coast Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills and the SLO Coast, fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation, aged in a mix of neutral barrels and stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Pretty aromas of citrus flowers and fruit, with notes of lime, lemon, and toasty oak; good structure with restraint and balance, finishing with stone fruit, honey, and a silky texture.
