Isabelle Suire is a fourth-generation winemaker in Berrie, at the southern end of Saumur in the Loire Valley, who took over her family's estate in 2007. This Cabernet Franc comes from a west-facing parcel of clay-limestone with green chalk from the Cretaceous period, planted in 2016; she is transitioning the estate to organic certification, expected in 2026.
