Profile & Story

Lebeau-Batiste is a small, family-owned grower Champagne house run by Eric Lebeau and Anne-Marie Batiste in Chavot-Courcourt, near Epernay, producing around 800 cases a year. The Tradition Brut is aged more than 30 months on the lees, with roughly one-fifth reserve wine blended in for added depth and consistency.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse; brioche and citrus aromas lead into a crisp, well-balanced palate with a clean, dry finish typical of a traditional-method Champagne blend.
