Processus is a Cape Town-based, 100% women-owned wine collective founded in 2020 by curator Beata America and winemaker Megan van der Merwe, dedicated to South Africa's overlooked heritage grape varieties. This bottling highlights Maria Gomes (Fernao Pires) from organically farmed old-vine parcels, destemmed and cold-soaked before spontaneous fermentation.
