Profile & Story
Sentium is a project of the fourth generation of the Mondavi family, led by winegrower Chiara Mondavi, sourced from old, organically farmed vines in Mendocino's Redwood Valley. The wine blends 92% Sauvignon Blanc and 8% Semillon, fermented across stainless steel, concrete, and neutral oak, and aged sur lie for 9 months. 13% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Luscious fruit marked by lemon-leaf pithiness and crushed Marcona almond; medium-bodied and silky, with vibrant acid tension finishing long with flinty minerality, a hint of tarragon, and a saline edge.
