In 1996, a long selection process began, choosing only the best of the best in the pursuit of excellence. One of the secrets for creating a quality wine is the aging, which can be all about the oak; its level of toast, volume and usage. For this reason, that year, the winemakers gathered a group of barrels that they felt were exceptional, generating great expectations and taking up a special area within the barrel room. The final selection, consisting of only 20 barrels, was chosen for its exceptional quality. This range name was coined after those exclusive initial barrels.
Tasting Notes
Cono Sur 20 Barrels Chardonnay 2024 shows a very citric nose with notes of grapefruit, lime and white flowers, complemented by subtle, well-integrated hints of oak. On the palate, it offers excellent acidity and a long finish, with mineral and slightly salty notes that contribute to a balanced and persistent profile.

Perfect to pair with seafood,fish, white meat, pastas, white sauces, cheeses, nuts, green salads and desserts.
