In 1996, a long selection process began, choosing only the best of the best in the pursuit of excellence. One of the secrets for creating a quality wine is the aging, which can be all about the oak; its level of toast, volume and usage. For this reason, that year, the winemakers gathered a group of barrels that they felt were exceptional, generating great expectations and taking up a special area within the barrel room. The final selection, consisting of only 20 barrels, was chosen for its exceptional quality. This range name was coined after those exclusive initial barrels.
Tasting Notes
Cono Sur 20 Barrels Sauvignon Blanc 2025 presents a bright greenish-yellow color. The nose shows great aromatic intensity, with notes of grapefruit, lime, green chili, sea salt and fresh herbs. On the palate, it offers good concentration, with a mineral, fresh and slightly salty character, leading to a very persistent and complex finish.

Seafood, fish, ceviche, spices, pasta, yoghurt and citric sauces, nuts, cheeses and vegetables.
