Profile & Story

The 2024 vintage began with a winter of low rainfall and warm temperatures, which led to early budding towards the end of March. April, on the other hand, was characterized by mild and steady weather. In May and June, we had heavy rainfall and lower temperatures, albeit to a lesser extent than in 2023. This evenly distributed rainfall allowed for balanced vine development while also enabling proper vineyard management. The summer until the end of July was mild and steady, with some rain that replenished the soil's water supply. In August, a heatwave dried out the soil, but in the middle of the month, rainfall cooled the air and rebalancing the climate, allowing the vines to continue maturing the grapes normally. The harvest was characterized by cool and rainy weather.

Tasting Notes

It shows a vibrant ruby red color. On the nose fresh hints of red fruits, such as morello cherry, combine with sensations of blood orange and delicate aromas of spice. The palate is vibrant, soft and marked by silky tannins. Red fruit notes accompany a long, lingering finish.
