Tasting Notes

Cabernet matured in barrique (225 LT), Sangiovese in 25 hl and 50 hl French oak barrels. Full on the palate, well structured, powerful with a long finish. Complex bouquet. Tannins are refined, soft and smooth. The wine can be enjoyed when released but will mature well for many years.
