Terres Secretes is a cooperative winery in Prisse, in the Maconnais district of southern Burgundy, drawing on fruit from roughly 120 independent grower-families across the region. Their Cremant de Bourgogne Brut is a traditional-method sparkling blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Chardonnay, made to be more structured and heady than the estate's Blanc de Blancs bottling.
