Profile & Story

Champagne Pierre Moncuit is based at 11 Rue Persault Maheu in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Cote des Blancs. The Cuvee Hugues de Coulmet is made entirely from Chardonnay grown on the house's Sezanne terroir. It is dosed at about 7 grams and spends roughly three years ageing in the cellar, and is bottled in both bottles and magnums.

Tasting Notes

Beautiful roundness, with aromas of white flowers - lily and jasmine - and white fruit such as peach.
