Tasting Notes

Hand-picked Mtsvane grapes harvested in Manavi micro-zone fermented in stainless steel tanks for 22 days. After the primary fermentation and aging on lees the wine is gently transferred into French oak barrels for 3 months further maturation. The wine has light golden color, aromas of lime and pineapple. The taste is harmonious, laced with oak notes, and long finish.
