Benanti Viticoltori was founded in 1988 by Giuseppe Benanti in Castiglione di Sicilia, on the northern slope of Mount Etna, and has since played a central role in the modern revival of Etna as a serious wine region, working with the volcano's native varieties across high-elevation vineyards. Etna Bianco is made entirely from Carricante, Etna's noble autochthonous white grape, sourced from vineyards on the eastern and southern slopes of the volcano, where high elevation and abundant light shape the grape's character. Made for frequent, easy drinking, it is built to combine balance and structure with freshness.
