Bodega de Forlong is a certified organic, biodynamically-influenced winery in El Puerto de Santa Maria (Marco de Jerez, Andalucia), founded in 2009 by Alejandro Narvaez and Rocio Aspera. Their base Blanco is a 90% Palomino / 10% Pedro Ximenez blend from hand-harvested, albariza-soil vineyards.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with green tinges; aromas of peach, mandarin, wild hay, barley water, apple skin and sea spray, reflecting the saline character typical of Palomino grown near the Atlantic coast.
