Profile & Story

Naticco is a Picpoul de Pinet bottling from vineyards along the edge of the Bassin de Thau, ten kilometers from the Mediterranean, where a maritime climate and cool red-clay soils favor white wine production. Made from 100% Picpoul Blanc, destemmed and sorted, using a blend of free-run and pneumatic-press juice, fermented cold in stainless steel.

Crisp and racy with pronounced minerality; bone dry, in the classic bright, saline style of Picpoul de Pinet.
