Pojer e Sandri, founded in 1975 by Mario Pojer and Fiorentino Sandri, farms steep vineyards on the eastern side of the Adige valley in Trentino. Their Palai bottling -- the winery's original calling-card wine -- is grown at roughly 600m on the Palai vineyard site above Faedo and made from 100% Muller-Thurgau, considered a regional benchmark for the variety.
