Profile & Story
Valravn is a Sonoma County producer whose Sauvignon Blanc draws on hand-harvested fruit from a core of Russian River Valley vineyards (about 92%) with a smaller Dry Creek Valley component. Wild-yeast primary fermentation takes place in French oak barrels (75%) and stainless steel (25%), with the wine aged ten months in French oak before bottling.

A focused, fresh and complex Sauvignon Blanc with evolving notes of grapefruit, gooseberry and lemongrass, plus tropical hints of guava and passionfruit; broad and rich yet zippy and lively on the finish.
