Lustau's Amontillado Los Arcos is aged for equal periods under flor and then oxidatively in Bodega Emperatriz Eugenia, Jerez de la Frontera. 100% Palomino, around 8 years old.

Tasting Notes

Amber in color with hazelnut aromas; dry, rich and nutty, light, soft and round on the palate with a long aftertaste.

Artichokes and green asparagus; tapas, matured cheeses, nuts, soups, mushroom risotto or spiced dishes.
