Bodegas Lustau's Manzanilla Papirusa is aged under flor in Sanlucar de Barrameda, in the humid, sea-breeze microclimate at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river. 100% Palomino, aged around 5 years in the Solera Familiar range.

Tasting Notes

Bright yellow with golden reflections; sea-breeze, chamomile and flor aromas; bone dry, light, fresh and crisp with a hint of sea salt and a lingering finish.
