Gaia Wines is a forward-thinking Greek producer working in two of the country's most important regions -- Nemea on the mainland and the volcanic island of Santorini. Monograph, though made from the Santorini-associated Assyrtiko grape, is sourced from the hilly, calciferous-soil vineyards of Koutsi in Nemea, Peloponnese (Protected Geographical Indication).
