Maison Mirabeau is a Cotes de Provence producer founded in 2010 by Stephen and Jeany Cronk. 'La Folie' Sparkling Rose is made in the Charmat method (as with Prosecco) from four traditional Provencal varieties -- Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Colombard -- with grapes harvested at night to preserve freshness.
Tasting Notes
A peachy pink sparkling rose with an intense nose of lime and pink grapefruit and an exotic hint of passion fruit; the palate shows plenty of white stone fruit and peach with a touch of fresh brioche.
