Las Espinas is the new winery project of the Bouza family, born to capture the pure, Atlantic character of Uruguay’s coastal terroir. Located in the hills of Maldonado, this estate represents the next chapter in our pursuit of excellence, where the cooling influence of the ocean and the stony, mineral soils of Punta Negra define every bottle we produce.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color. Aromas of white flowers, pineapple, and pears, with notes of honey and vanilla. On the palate, it shows great volume with balanced acidity. It has excellent persistence, recalling the initial fruit. EB, Apr 9, 2025
