A true pioneer and a cornerstone of the Mosquita Muerta portfolio since the early 2010s. This is undoubtedly the most "red-like" of our white wines—an intense, concentrated, and beautifully creamy expression that defies expectations. The current vintage is a masterful blend of 60% Chardonnay from Los Chacayes, 30% Semillon from Tupungato, and 10% Sauvignon Blanc from Los Árboles. The result is a bold, full-bodied palate layered with ripe notes of roasted nuts and wild herbs that add a sophisticated complexity. With its remarkable structure and depth, it is the ultimate partner for rich seafood stews or Mediterranean cuisine.
