Profile & Story
We are Freddy, Josie, Javi and Luli, four friends united by our love for wine and a long-lasting friendship. In 2023, we decided to fulfill our dream: create wines that reflect our freedom, creativity, and the joy we find in the process. We produce 14 wines with a total production of 7,000 bottles. We want to create wines that are different, fresh, and easy to enjoy, wines that can accompany any moment -from a meal among friends to a special occasion—combining traditional techniques with innovation to offer unique and gastronomic experiences every time.
Tasting Notes
Malvasía, Pedro Ximénez, Torrontés, Moscatel The leading role of Malvasía is evident on the first nose, with notes of mandarin peel and a delicate liqueur-like profile that brings balance to the aromatic explosion of the criolla varieties. On the palate, jasmine, pineapple, fresh grapes, and a hint of cinnamon emerge, delivering a tropical and spicy finish. A juicy, fresh, and expressive wine.

Because of the skin contact, you’ve got texture, gentle tannins, and that aromatic intensity, so think flavorful, slightly fatty, or spice-driven dishes rather than super delicate ones. - Umami & savory - Aromatic & spiced (great match) - Cheeses - Poultry & richer fish - Something with citrus + spice, like pork with mandarin glaze or chicken with cinnamon and orange - If you want something more local and simple: empanadas + this wine would be a killer combo
