Tutu pays tribute to Miles Davis' famous 1986 album, which in turn pays tribute to the legendary pacifist clergyman Desmond Tutu, who dedicated his life to defending minorities and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. We want our wines to be delicate and transparent, like Miles and Desmond, representing the place where they are born, with their aromas and textures, without additives or embellishments. HI FI is Tutu's high-fidelity experience, where we aim to showcase the precision, purity, and clarity of these unique barrels. These barrels, for various reasons, yielded exceptional wines, representing the pinnacle of varietal expression in calcareous soils. Just as listening to Hi-Fi music can improve mood, reduce stress, stimulate the brain, and enhance the sensory experience, we want you to experience these same sensations with Tutu Hi Fi, savoring these unique wines. 100% Franc from Gualtallary. From heterogeneous soils with silt content and stones covered with calcium carbonate. Micro- vinification with indigenous yeasts in 400L French oak barrels that have been used multiple times. Aged in the same barrels for 12 months.
