Profile & Story

Chateau Cesseras is a cuvee of Domaine Coudoulet, a sixth-generation family estate in Minervois run by brothers Jean-Yves and Pierre-Andre Ournac. Cuvee Olric, created roughly 30 years ago, is one of the estate's founding wines, aged in concrete tank.

Tasting Notes

An intense nose of blond tobacco, leather and sweet spice; a creamy, fresh attack gives way to silky tannins with candied cherry and menthol notes, finishing long and peppery.
