Jean-Baptiste Adam farms one of Alsace's oldest estates, in Ammerschwihr, with the family marking 400 years of grape-growing there in 2014.
Tasting Notes
100% Pinot Noir grown on granite soils, fermented in century-old wooden cask and aged six months in wood before a minimum 18 months in bottle: salmon-pink with red-currant and red-fruit aromas, fine bubbles and a fleshy, fruit-forward palate.
