Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr is a growers' cooperative founded in 1954 in the Alsace village of Hunawihr, today drawing on 200 hectares farmed by member growers across the Haut-Rhin, including several Grand Cru sites. Winemaking is led by Alsace-born, Burgundy- and New Zealand-trained oenologist Anthony Bondon.
Tasting Notes
A classic dry Alsace Riesling built on the cooperative's limestone-dominant terroirs: pale gold in the glass with citrus and white-flower aromatics and the variety's characteristic bright acidity.
