Maison Trimbach has grown and bottled wine in Ribeauville, Alsace since 1626, now in its twelfth generation under winemaker Pierre Trimbach, named one of the world's Top Ten White Winemakers by Decanter. This cuvee blends organically farmed Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc, fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness. 12.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Ripe pear and yellow apple aromas with notes of honeycomb and honeysuckle; dry, restrained and juicy on the palate with bright, spring-like acidity.
