'When Life Gives You Oranges' is made by Frederic Garrabou, who was born in Limoux amid Languedoc vineyards worked by his father and both grandfathers before him. Grapes are machine-picked at night to limit oxidation, then given a week of pre-fermentation cold skin maceration.
Tasting Notes
Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Muscat fermented on their skins for an amber-hued, aromatically complex wine: intense bitter-orange and dried-flower aromas with a nutty edge, fresh acidity and a long, complex finish.
