Barbichette is a Brooklyn-based project of Cesar Vega and Louisiane Remy, working with organically farmed fruit from New York's Finger Lakes. 'Poc a Poc' ('little by little') blends Muscat and Gruner Veltliner from Seneca Lake, whole-cluster fermented on skins for about ten days and aged in neutral oak foudre, unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur.

Made in the Finger Lakes; high tones of lime zest, honeysuckle, alpine flowers, fresh roses and a hint of black tea.
