Profile & Story

Benjamin Taillandier founded his domaine in Caunes-Minervois, Languedoc, in 2007 at age 27, influenced by natural-wine pioneer Jean-Baptiste Senat, for whom he worked in 2004. He farmed organically from the outset (certified 2011) and has since moved to biodynamic practice (Demeter-certified 2022), aiming for wines lighter, fresher and lower in alcohol than the regional norm. This cuvee blends Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Terret Gris and Terret Blanc, direct-pressed and rested in tank for five months before bottling.
