Eazy is a negociant project by importer Black Lamb Wine on juice sourced exclusively from Zaro Winery, run by winemaker Matej Zaro in Izola, Slovenian Istria, on 20 certified-organic hectares. Eazy Oranzna comes from a mixed old-vine vineyard at 150m on flysch and clay soils, blending Malvazija, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Yellow Muscat, hand-harvested and macerated together on skins for 14 days, fermented spontaneously in steel, with a portion of the Malvazija aged in oak.
