Burgáns 2023 is a modern and expressive Albariño white wine produced in the Val do Salnés subregion of D.O. Rías Baixas. The wine is named after the hill where the winery is located—Burgáns—a place with sweeping views of the Ría de Arousa estuary. The label features a triskel, a Celtic symbol representing the harmony between earth, sea, and air, as well as growth and balance, themes that are reflected in the wine’s character. Crafted from carefully selected Albariño grapes harvested at optimal ripeness and sun exposure, the wine is made to emphasize aromatic intensity. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures to preserve and amplify the grape’s natural aromas. The final wine contains 12% alcohol by volume and is best served between 10–12ºC.
