Pousada Barrica 2021
2021, Condado do Tea, Spain

About the Wine
Made from 90% Albariño and 10% Treixadura, this white wine comes from old vines (some over 100 years) at 250 meters altitude on granite-sandy soils in Condado do Tea. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged 12 months in second and third-use French oak barrels. After light filtration and 5–7 months of bottle aging, the wine shows 13% alcohol, 7.3 g/L acidity, 3.2 pH, and 1.8 g/L sugar. This is a textural, age-worthy white with a delicate oak influence and great aromatic complexity. Importer (Selection de la Viña).
